If you have a specific question about your child’s learning or their welfare at school is to search for your child’s Learning Mentor in Compass. The Learning Mentor will then respond via email or phone. Please note our response policy:
“Staff at Rowville Secondary College will endeavour to respond to parent emails within 24 – 48 hours. However, staff are not expected to respond in this timeframe during weekends and term breaks.”

Accounts Receivable: If you have a query regarding your child’s finances at our school please email: schoolfees@rowvillesc.vic.edu.au. We are here to help to discuss queries with your school contributions, excursion payments, program payments etc. Financial Assistance is available for eligible families please click here for more information.
Accounts Payable: If you have a query regarding any external payments from our creditors please email: accounts@rowvillesc.vic.edu.au. Our Accounts Payable department will be more than happy to help.

If your child is absent please login to compass and report the absence OR call the attendance line at each campus.

When collecting your child during school hours please ensure a signed and dated note is handed to their teacher or register the absence in Compass. All students must sign out at the front office at all times during school hours if leaving the school premises.
