Friends of RIA
Excellence from the beginning
Friends of RIA is a group of parents and friends who utilise personal and professional strengths to enrich the RIA program. This support is provided in many ways such as:
- Front of House for RIA events
- Refreshments for RIA events
- Assistance with make-up, hair, costumes, set and prop constructions
- Fundraising for specialist equipment
- Supervision on excursions
- Assistance with camps
- Backstage support for events
The Friends of RIA community gather six or seven times per year to discuss the goals and needs of the RIA community and explore how best to assist in meeting these goals and needs. Friends of RIA is not just for parents of students in RIA, we warmly welcome any community member who is passionate about arts and art education.
